School Portrait Day is just around the corner.
I'm Rebecca, and I am grateful for the opportunity to create fine art school portraits of your children. My goal is to provide a smooth, personal, and fun experience to all the families whose children attend the schools who are trusting me with photographing their students this year.
What is a Fine Art School Portrait?
Fine art school portraits offer a fresh take on traditional school photos, focusing on simplicity and authenticity. They are where my documentary photography style meets the beloved tradition of school photos. Rather than using busy backgrounds and forced smiles, these portraits feature a classic grey backdrop that lets each child's personality shine. Kids are encouraged to express themselves naturally, without pressure to smile, resulting in timeless and genuine images.
What Should My Child Wear?
Please avoid neon clothing and shirts with graphics or letters. Solid colors are best!
How Will I Order?
Within two weeks of your child's photo day, you'll receive a link to a class gallery featuring 2-5 images of your child in both color and black-and-white. You get to choose which photos to print, and you can mix and match. You can order prints, canvas wraps, and digital files directly through the secure gallery. The gallery will remain open for ten days, and all orders must be placed within that period. The process is straightforward and convenient!
